Mark Davis is Founder/President of Healthcare Transactions Group, Inc., a national Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions Intermediary/Advisor, Baltimore, Maryland. Since 1996, Healthcare Transactions has specialized in the sale of post-acute/long-term care facilities, medical and behavioral care facilities and programs and completed transactions in 34 states, worth over $1 billion in value. From 1989-1996, Mark was head of M & A for Integrated Health Services, a NYSE post-acute provider, where he directed over $1.0 billion of long-term care acquisitions. Before IHS, Mark founded and sold a nursing home development company, was an Acquisitions/ Strategic Planning Consultant and was National Director of Health Planning for Beverly Enterprises, the US’s largest nursing home chain, managing Certificate of Need and participating in acquisitions. Mark’s career began as a Health Planner in public sector regional health planning agencies in the New York metro area. Mr. Davis holds an MBA in Finance from NYU, Stern School of Business, a Master of Urban Planning in Health Care Planning from Hunter College, NY, and a BA in Political Science/Philosophy from Queens College, NY.
